A workplace accident at an apartment in Subang has left two men dead and another injured after a fall from a skylift during maintenance work.
According to NST, the incident happened at about 3.50 pm, after police received an emergency call from a member of the public.

A team from the USJ 8 police station and Subang Jaya district police headquarters was sent to the scene.
Victims found at apartment entrance
Initial checks found three men lying at the apartment’s entrance area.
Two of them were confirmed dead at the scene, while the third victim was taken by ambulance to Hospital Serdang for treatment.

Police said the injured man suffered head and chest injuries.
Maintenance work on fifth floor
District police chief ACP Wan Azlan Wan Mamat told the English daily that the victims, aged between 38 and 46, were carrying out maintenance work on the fifth floor using a skylift.
Heavy rain was reported in the area during the incident.
Both victims who died had severe head injuries and other bodily injuries.
No criminal elements found
Early investigations found no signs of criminal involvement, and the case has been classified as a sudden death report.
The bodies were sent to the Forensic Department at Hospital Sultan Idris Shah in Serdang for post-mortem examination.
Authorities have advised the public not to speculate about the incident.
