A shocking clip showing two vehicle ploughing into a crowd at Old Klang Road has recently gone viral online, shocking many Malaysians.
Police have since been alerted of the incident and are now conducting an investigation into it.
2 cars ram into crowd outside nightclub at Old Klang Road
In the 48-second clip, it showed a Toyota Hilux and a Toyota Vios driving at breakneck speeds before veering its way into a crowd outside a nightclub along Old Klang Road.
A few seconds later, the Toyota Hilux is seen driving against the flow of traffic before ramming into the crowd, where one individual is seen sent flying by the impact.

As the crowd rushed over to help the person who got knocked over by the Toyota Hilux, they were forced to run helter-skelter as the Toyota Vios made its way towards them, where it’s believed to have hit a motorcycle in the process.

The video then ends with both vehicles speeding away and disappearing from the video.
Case probed for attempted murder
The incident was later confirmed by police, with Brickfields police chief Assistant Commissioner Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood saying a report was lodged yesterday (Jan 29), reported NST.
He added that two individuals were injured by the crash, with one of them being taken to the hospital via an ambulance. However, none of them lodged a police report about the incident.

Four individuals have since been arrested by police, with City deputy police chief Datuk Azry Akmar Ayob saying the incident was sparked by a verbal altercation between two groups as they were partying.
The case is being investigated under Section 307 of the Penal Code for attempted murder, which is punishable by a jail term of at least 10 years and a fine upon conviction.
Offenders may also face the death penalty or life imprisonment if injuries are caused by their actions.
