A Form 4 student was found lifeless near a hilltop in Bentong, Pahang after his family lodged a missing persons report as he didn’t return home from school as usual.
According to China Press, the incident took place at Bukit Desa Damai yesterday afternoon (Dec 9).
Couldn’t be reached by family
The Chinese daily reported that the victim was supposed to go back home after school but failed to do so.
This then prompted his family to call him multiple times but to no avail, causing them to lodge a police report and seek help from authorities.

Found dead near hilltop
During the search-and-rescue operation, members of the public found a motorcycle believed to belong to the victim at the foot of the hill and began searching along the hill’s path along with police and firefighters from the Bentong Fire and Rescue Department.
