Police are calling on the public’s help in finding a 15-year-girl who had left her home in Kuantan yesterday (May 6) but failed to return since.
The missing person was identified as Putri Alya Husna Mohd Jabar, who left her family’s home at Taman Mahkota Permai along Jalan Gambang, reported NST.

Kuantan district police chief, Assistant Commissioner Wan Zahari Wan Busu, said Putri Alya was last seen by her father around 10:30pm on Monday (May 5) while they were having dinner at home.
At around 3am the next day, her father realised she had gone missing but didn’t lodge a police report until 10.15pm when she failed to come back home.
He delayed making the police report as he believed his daughter would return home. The victim, who is no longer attending school, was said to have left the house without bringing a mobile phone along.
“Based on the police report, Putri Alya’s parents claimed to never have any issues or arguments with her.
“The teen was also reported to have left home previously but had returned home,” he said as reported by Sinar Harian.
According to the missing person notice, Putri Alya is described as fair-skinned, approximately 160 to 165 centimeters tall, with straight black waist-length hair, a slim build, and a clear face with no scars.
Wan Zahari urged those who have any information or have seen Putri Alya to contact the nearest police station to assist in the investigation.
