A 15-year-old girl recently vanished from her home in Batu Pahat, Johor, causing her family to be deeply worried for her safety.
Stoking their fears further was the possibility that she was kidnapped by a man who picked her up from school previously.
15yo girl goes missing from Johor home
According to the missing person notice circulating on Facebook, the girl named Yi Xuan reportedly left home at 7am yesterday (Apr 28) and has not returned since.

She was last seen wearing a yellow top and a blue denim skirt on the day of her disappearance.
Her mother, Su Xingping (transliteration), told Sin Chew Daily that Yi Xuan’s grandparents discovered she had vanished after buying breakfast for her.
Was previously picked up by unknown man
Su revealed that on Apr 23, a man named ‘Ah Long’ picked Yi Xuan from school, prompting her to lodge a police report when she heard the news.
“My daughter returned home afterward but refused to talk about why she was picked up or what had happened.”

“‘Ah Long’ was introduced to my family by a friend of Yi Xuan’s grandfather. We have little contact with him and we don’t know his real name, background, or occupation.
“I don’t know when ‘Ah Long’ started contacting my daughter. After the previous incident, she still refused to explain anything and there were no warning signs before she ran away yesterday,” she said.

Su added that both Yi Xuan’s and ‘Ah Long’s phones have been switched off and are unreachable. Another police report has since been reported over her daughter’s disappearance.

She added she had also gone to ‘Ah Long’s residence but it was already abandoned when she arrived.
“My family and I have searched all the places my daughter frequently visits. Today, someone said they saw her in Yong Peng, and our family rushed there to look for her,” she said.
