The family of a teenage girl are pleading for the public’s help in helping to find her after she left home four days ago and has yet to return.
14yo M’sian girl runs away from KL home on Jan 4
In a Facebook post shared by a netizen named Strawberry Yan yesterday (Jan 8), she wrote that 14-year-old Liew Zi Xing ran away from her home in KL at around 5am on Jan 4.

She added that Liew had sent a text to her brother telling him that she went to school to learn dancing before heading over to a friend’s house.
Unfortunately, that was the last time Liew’s family heard from her and have been unable to get a hold of her due to unanswered calls.
“Already made a police report polis but there is no news. I hope the public can help. If you know her whereabouts, please call her family member Disney at 011-1623-7233 immediately,” the post caption read.
According to a police report attached with the post, it revealed that Liew’s mother had been trying to contact her ever since she vanished but it all proved to be futile

The report also said that Liew blocked her mother’s number on WhatsApp as she apparently became unhappy after she got scolded for failing to come back home.
We hope that Liew will reunite with her family soon and that she will be found safe and sound!
