11yo M’sian Boy Lies About Abduction As He Was Afraid Of Getting Scolded For Walking Home Alone

Busted.
None of us like to get scolded or nagged at by our parents whenever we find ourselves doing something we’re not supposed to, leading us to resort to desperate measures to avoid it at all costs.

Fearing his father’s anger for walking home all by himself, a student made up a story about him getting kidnapped, only for it to be found to be completely untrue by police.

According to Kuala Pilah district police chief Superintendent Amran Mohd Gani, the matter first went viral on social media, where it was alleged that an 11-year-old student was nearly kidnapped in front of a primary school in Kampung Telok.

Subsequently, the student’s family lodged a police report on Wednesday (Oct 2), with the student claiming that he was approached by an unknown man all dressed in black and drove a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).

He also alleged that the man grabbed him before he managed to escape, reported Harian Metro.

However, the student’s story quickly fell apart when police probed further into the alleged incident, where it was found to be completely false.

According to Amra, the victim made up the story because he was afraid of being scolded by his father for walking alone to Kuala Pilah.
