RM63) and the other was S$23 (approx. RM73). When he went to make payment, Ng was told by staff that the meal was more than S$180, but he would only be charged a flat rate of S$180. Puzzled by the statement, Ng asked for a receipt with a cost breakdown of the items as he wanted to know how the dishes were calculated. Initially, the staff declined and said they couldn't provide a detailed receipt.
