Malaysian entrepreneur and content creator Khairul Aming has made history again.
His latest TikTok Shop livestream saw RM1 million worth of Rendang Nyet snapped up in just 19 seconds, earning him a spot in the Malaysia Book of Records.

The Malaysia Book of Records confirmed the feat in a Facebook post, naming it the Fastest RM1 Million Sales On TikTok Shop Livestream.
The announcement congratulated Khairul on setting a new national benchmark.
Khairul: “Not 30 seconds… 19 seconds!”
Khairul later addressed the milestone in his own post, clarifying that the sales were completed in 19 seconds, not 30.
“Your fingers were really fast,” he joked, dedicating the achievement to his fans while thanking Malaysians for their constant support of local businesses.
He has done it before
This is far from Khairul’s first sell-out success. When he launched Dendeng Nyet Berapi, he sold 80,000 packs and generated RM1 million in just 3 minutes and 39 seconds.
His growth has been nothing short of explosive. In 2024 alone, his food business reportedly brought in over RM42 million in sales.
His livestreams regularly pull in millions of viewers, proving that authentic branding and innovative content can turn a local product into a national sensation.
And now, with a Malaysia Book of Records title under his belt, Khairul Aming has shown once again that when it comes to viral entrepreneurship, he sets the pace.
