KWSP i-Akaun, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) mobile application faced a temporary system crash as a wave of Malaysians hurried to check their newly announced dividend rates.

This incident occurred shortly after the EPF revealed its dividend rates for the year 2023, sparking a massive influx of users eager to see the impact on their savings.
